Dear Parents, Once again another NAEYC note. You will be receiving many of these over the next few months as we seek another Accreditation. This, as we all know is vital to our reputation of one of the best daycares in the area. Family Surveys are being distributed and, needing a high percentage of these completed and returned as quickly as possible. we will be providing an activity and venue in which to help do this. So..we are having a Pizza Party for all families. During this time Peter will be here to sing for the children to enable parents time to complete their survey. The survey is only two pages long with 26 questions that are estimated to take no more than 5- 10 minutes to complete. The answers are: Yes, No or Don't Know ( DK) responses. A DK answer will be considered a No. If you are unsure of the question, please ask as we will be there to help. Please also keep in mind, several of the answers to the questions can be found in our Parent Handbook, which was given to you when you enrolled your child. You can also download a Handbook from our website - www.melrosedaycarecenter.com As it is necessary to get as many surveys back as soon as possible, we will also be conducting a Raffle. When you complete your survey, please complete a Raffle ticket. For all families who return their surveys by Thursday, March 25 we will draw five (5) Raffle tickets. Each of those five families will receive a $50 discount on one week's tuition. Don't delay! You could be a winner! Once, the majority of the surveys have been returned, summary results will be sent to the parents.
